U.S. Bond Market Holidays

The United States bond market periodically closes during major U.S. holidays. For trading of U.S. bonds in other countries, such as Japan or the United Kingdom, closures follow a combination of U.S. holidays and holidays in that country. Below, you will find a schedule of holidays for trading of U.S. Bonds for 2024 through 2028. These dates are based on SIFMA recommendations and may not be followed by all entities. All dates after 2024 are estimated on prior history.
