Katherine Clark (Democratic Party) is a member of the U.S. House, representing Massachusetts' 5th Congressional District. She assumed office on December 12, 2013. Her current term ends on January 3, 2025.

Clark (Democratic Party) is running for re-election to the U.S. House to represent Massachusetts' 5th Congressional District. She declared candidacy for the 2024 election.

Clark was first elected to the House in 2013 in a special election to replace Rep. Ed Markey.

At the start of the 116th Congress, Clark became Vice Chair of the House Democratic Caucus and was a member of the House Committee on Appropriations.

Before entering Congress, Clark served in the Massachusetts State Senate, representing the Fifth Middlesex district from 2011 to 2013. Clark also served in the Massachusetts House of Representatives, representing the Thirty-Second Middlesex district from 2008 to 2011.

Clark earned her B.A. from St. Lawrence University, M.P.A. from the Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University and J.D. from Cornell Law School. Her professional experience includes working as General Counsel of the Massachusetts Office of Child Care Services, Prosecutor for the Colorado Attorney General's Office and Federal Court Clerk for the Honorable Alfred A. Arraj.
